This line...what it means is that...the this person has gone through life till his/her old age, the body has started to rot, but the soul is still the same, unchanged and shall continue as that, but, the person has also come up with another question...where will we go after our body is damn well squashed up? And where the hell we came from anyway? So does this mean we could transfer ourselves to a computer? a robot? Heck, all we need is just memories and that's it.
